Leidos Tactical Data Link (TDL) Portfolio have been at the forefront of interoperability assurance for the past 35 years providing interoperability technical and Subject Matter Experts (SME) across a broad spectrum of activities associated with the integration, test, verification and validation for Tactical Data Links.
Leidos UK have developed a full suite of test tools to support the engineering life cycles from requirements capture/management (eSMART), real-time message analysis (CIVET), Link 16 terminal control (PUMA) and post mission analysis (MANDRIL). Leidos UK are the formal European reseller of Northrop Grumman MTDL simulation/emulation TIGER & Gateway Manager (GM) tool which integrates seamlessly into our test environment. The Leidos software tools support the implementation and interoperability assessment of TDLs into the Air, Land and maritime platforms and systems in the UK, USA, Europe and Indo Pacific regions.
We currently have a vacancy for a Software Engineer in our TDL Portfolio. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the development, maintenance and continued evolvement of the Leidos toolset. Primary tasks will include supporting Technical Leads in analysing and resolving problem reports, maintaining a faults/rectification log, supporting test, verification and validation activities and preparing builds/versions of the software to meet deadlines for annual releases.
