A leading education recruitment agency is looking for a dedicated Sociology Tutor in Kensington and Chelsea to provide tailored support for a KS5 student with autism. The role includes planning and delivering lessons and requires experience in SEN, with a patient and adaptable teaching approach.
Sociology Tutor:
Based within the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sociology Tutor to support an incredibly dedicated and intelligent KS5 student with ASD and learning difficulties. This role has an immediate start and is for 52 weeks per year (with four weeks annual leave included). The successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver for Sociology for this young person who is completing their A-levels.
Sociology tutor specifics:
Hours: 6 hours per week
Start Date: July/August 2025
Pay: 30 per hour
Build a trusting relationship that encourages engagement
Experience in SEN, tutoring, or teaching (particularly with autism).
Good understanding of the subject and how to teach it
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
