We’re working with a brilliant primary school in Benwell Grange that’s looking for a dedicated graduate to support pupils with special educational needs. If you’re empathetic, patient, and ready to make a real impact in a child’s school day, read on.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
  • Helping children build routines, confidence, and communication skills
  • Supporting learning both in and outside the classroom
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
Ideal for:
  • Recent Sociology grads (or Psychology, Criminology, Education too!)
  • Anyone keen to explore a future in teaching, therapy, youth work, or educational psychology
  • People who love working with children and want to see them succeed, especially those who need that little bit more
What you bring:
