Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, attend meetings at Wexham Park Hospital, and provide safeguarding for patients who may have experienced neglect or abuse.
  • Collaborate with a small but supportive team to deliver exceptional care and discharge planning.
  • Engage in duty work once a week, handling immediate and critical cases as they arise.
  • Utilise the LAS system to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and progress.
