Job summary

A leading community care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Community Care Social Worker to join their Early Help & Assessment Service. You will manage a varied caseload, complete high-quality assessments, and work closely with families to improve outcomes and ensure safeguarding. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales and possess excellent communication and assessment skills. This position offers flexible working and weekly payroll.
