What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will deliver person-centred care that enriches the lives of service users and promotes engagement in structured activities and independent living. You will manage safeguarding matters professionally, ensuring individuals are supported while protecting the reputation of the service. Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including Local Authorities, Care Quality Commission (CQC), and commissioners, will be essential to strengthen the organisation’s profile. Acting as the Operational Lead, you will ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care and adherence to best practice standards. Additionally, you will support service users through development and progression, promoting opportunities for positive move-on where appropriate.
