What you will do:

• Lead and manage the provision of field social work services to the local community.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.

• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support for families.

Requirements of the Team Manager:

• A degree or equivalent in social work, such as CQSW, DIPSW, BA HONS SW.
• At least three years of post-qualifying experience in a field social work setting, with substantial child protection experience.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Recent managerial experience, such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, with significant frontline experience in Children’s Services.
