Up to £50k + Bonus + Benefits | Full-time, Epsom
A leading supercar retailer is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to take full ownership of its digital presence and bring the brand's story to life online. This is a rare opportunity to work with some of the most iconic cars in the world - from Lamborghini and Ferrari to Bentley and McLaren - and shape how they are experienced through content.
This role goes far beyond posting pictures of supercars. The company understands that buying a luxury car is never just a transaction; it\'s a deeply personal decision, often tied to dreams, milestones, and passions. That\'s why they want their social media not only to showcase the cars, but to sell the feeling of ownership.
The Social Media Manager will also be tasked with showing the human side of the business - giving customers a glimpse behind the scenes and introducing the sales team online. Buyers should know who their in-house Lamborghini expert is, who to speak to about Ferrari, and who lives and breathes Bentley. It\'s about making connections as well as creating desire.
The successful candidate will lead the full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn - planning, creating, and delivering content that stops the scroll and drives genuine engagement. From slick video shoots and trend-led reels to building community conversations and managing paid campaigns, this role covers every aspect of digital storytelling.
This position is based five days a week at the Epsom showroom. However, if a candidate can work out how to fit a Lamborghini Hur\'acan in their bedroom, the company is prepared to consider flexible working.
To succeed in this role, candidates will need both a strong grasp of social media and a real love for cars. The hiring manager has one interview question they always ask: "What\'s your dream car, no budget?"
(My answer? A Porsche 911 Turbo \'whaletail\' - but a restomod.)
Applications are open now - this is a role for someone who wants to combine creativity, strategy, and a love of cars into a career like no other.
