Blackbridge Communications is looking for a Social Media Lead / Strategist to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social, has a sharp strategic mind, will challenge creative direction, and can inspire both clients and colleagues.

We work with some of the UK’s largest employers to shape their brands and bring their stories to life through social media. You’ll be at the forefront of that workday, designing social campaigns, driving innovation and trends, ensuring that we’re cutting‑edge creatively, and mentoring the next generation of talent. What you’ll do
  • Lead the development and execution of multi‑channel strategies and creative campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Challenge creative direction and keep our work at the cutting‑edge of social best practice.
  • Build measurement frameworks, using data and insight to optimise performance.
  • Provide counsel to clients, aligning social media to wider business and brand objectives.
  • Partner with paid media, consultancy, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Play a key role in pitches and business development, shaping reactive and proactive proposals.
  • Mentor and inspire your colleagues, helping to grow a high‑performing social media function.
