The successful candidate for this role will have at least 4 years experience in marketing, creative management or brand management in the streetwear industry - who can confidently take campaigns from concept through to execution, while also understanding them from a commercial and brand-building perspective. The role requires a well-rounded, strategic thinker who’s also experienced in leading and developing a team.

Our client is on the hunt for a Social Media & Content Manager who lives and breathes creativity, culture, and community. You’ll be the driving force behind Ed Hardy’s digital presence across the UK & EU — shaping how we show up, engage, and inspire a new generation.

From scroll-stopping campaigns to creator partnerships and content shoots, you’ll turn nostalgia into next-gen relevance and make sure Ed Hardy is the name everyone’s talking about.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Own the content calendar — product drops, moments, and movements.
  • Collaborate with the Brands creative team to craft bold, authentic storytelling.
  • Build and execute killer social plans across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & beyond.
  • Spot trends before they peak and ensure Ed Hardy is always part of the conversation.
  • Drive engagement, reach, and growth through smart strategy and standout content.
  • Direct shoots, brief creators, and deliver a balance of high-end and lo-fi content.
  • Partner with design teams to ensure every asset screams Ed Hardy energy.
  • Work with tastemakers, influencers, and ambassadors who embody our DNA.
  • Create brand moments, collaborations, and events that bring the community to life.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise content to keep the fire burning and engagement climbing.

  • You’re a digital storyteller with 4+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or culture brands.
  • You’ve got a killer eye for creative, an instinct for what’s next, and the confidence to lead ideas from pitch to post.
  • You’re plugged into youth culture, music, and street style, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
