Job Description

Nature’s Best is a leading British vitamins and supplements brand with a strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence. We believe in the power of science and nature working hand in hand to help people live healthier, fuller lives.

As our Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing that purpose to life - creating engaging, insight-driven content and driving measurable results across our social and digital platforms.

This role blends creativity with collaboration: you’ll be hands‑on in content creation while also partnering with our paid media, brand, and agency teams to deliver impactful, conversion‑driving campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end social media execution: From strategy and content planning to production and posting across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more).
  • Partner with agencies to create high‑performing content including short‑form videos, carousels, and UGC that balance creativity with brand storytelling.
  • Manage agencies and creators, ensuring all content is on‑brand, visually distinct, and aligned with our campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to test, learn, and optimise creatives that drive top‑line awareness and bottom‑line conversions.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements and creative learnings.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and platform innovations, bringing fresh ideas to help the brand stay culturally relevant and competitive.
  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring every post reflects our blend of credibility, quality, and modern wellness appeal.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent growth in engagement, reach, and new customer acquisition from social and digital channels.
  • Strong collaboration with paid media team and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Strong social feed that drives authenticity and credibility – blending storytelling, education, and conversion effectively.
  • Constantly exploring new channels to attract new customers and drive growth for Nature’s Best.
What We Offer You
  • Meaningful Work from Day 1: you will feel the ownership of your work and your impact on the business from the very beginning, being given the space and opportunity to bring your experience, energy, and new perspectives to make a genuine impact right from the start, supported with continuous and supportive coaching from your manager and the wider team.
  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits: P&G take a Total Rewards approach meaning on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a whole range of benefits. These include a generous Double Match Pension Scheme; Private Medical Insurance; Lunch Allowance, P&G Contributed Share Programme; 25 Days’ Holiday, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
