We are seeking a Locum Social Care Team Manager to join the MASH Team in Southwark. This ongoing locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £45.20 and flexible working arrangements. You will provide leadership, oversight, and professional guidance while ensuring high-quality multi-agency service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MASH team, ensuring compliance with best practices, including RAG ratings and thresholds.
• Provide management oversight and work closely with a multi-agency network for smooth service delivery.
• Offer expert advice, guidance, and support to Social Workers to enhance performance.
• Serve as Duty Manager one week per month, attending the office at least three days during other weeks.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Southwark community to promote social care services.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time or part-time hours with flexibility around office attendance.
• Office presence required at least three days per week outside duty week.
• One week per month as Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
