Lead and manage a team of five Family Workers delivering frontline CIN services.
Supervise and support workers through weekly case supervision, practice observation, and escalation of risks.

Collaborate with Team Managers on case allocation, ensuring workloads are effectively balanced.
Champion best practice and professional standards within a locality-based, multi-agency context.
Promote positive engagement with families, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
Qualified and registered Social Worker with substantial experience in Children In Need or safeguarding roles.
Proven capability in supervision, mentoring, or team leadership.
Strong knowledge of Children’s Social Care legislation, CIN processes, and family-centred practice.
