You will negotiate renewals for commercial insurance and work in a hybrid role. Ideal candidates will have commercial insurance experience, ideally with brokerage knowledge and the Acturis system. SME Renewals Broker - Yorkshire / Hybrid Role

Fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected independent insurance broker in the West Yorkshire area. They have been growing consistently over the last few years, which has opened up a wide range of exciting new roles within their commercial insurance division.

This is a great team, a very professional and enjoyable working environment with plenty of flexibility and part office / part home working available.

In this team, you will be dealing mainly with SME commercial clients, with annual premium spends of up to £10k, however, there will be the opportunity to work on a larger case now and again, perhaps paying annual premiums of up to circa £25k.

Ideal applicants will have at least 12 months commercial insurance experience, preferably broking and previous use of Acturis system. This roles sits within the renewals team, where you will be solely speaking to existing clients, managing existing relationships, marketing and negotiating renewals, which will involve lots of daily client and insurance contact.

This role comes with a really competitive basic salary, full and comprehensive benefits includes great holiday allowance + birthday, pension etc. You will have the opportunity to enhance your personal income significantly; there is a very generous and realistically attainable commission structure paid on a monthly basis.
