You will manage day-to-day operations on small to medium refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Small Works Site Manager delivering refurb, fit-out, and installation projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience in live environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials to ensure safe, on-programme, and budget-compliant works.
• Oversee multiple small works packages as required.
