Small Works Project Manager – Manchester – healthcare – c£50k plus car/allowance, 5% bonus.
Based across a large live hospitals contract, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple small works projects up to a value of £20k. Preferably with a background in M&E, you will need to be highly organized for this busy and varied role.
- Lighting
- Change of use for rooms
- Windows, door or bollard replacements
- Minor roofing repairs
Although with no direct reports, you will work with other Project Managers (who manage work above £20k) and the Head of Technical to manage respective subcontractors in their delivery.
There’s 17 years left on the contract with genuine scope for this role to develop and grow.
Subsidised parking is available for £6 per day or a 20-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly, 15-minute walk from Oxford Road.
