Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects through RIBA Stages 2-6.
• Strong background in cut-and-carve or fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical and Electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage design development from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the contractor tender process.
• Oversee programme, cost, design compliance, and quality during construction.
