• Driven and motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience on NEC Contracts.
• Ability to perform cost reconciliation and provide method statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects - client liaison, valuations, budget oversight, and payment applications.
• Draft and administer subcontract orders/contracts while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee change control processes, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Prepare tender submissions, review contract documentation, and monitor project spend.
