Overview

Outside Services Manager / Site Manager

GROVE PARISH COUNCIL is looking for a highly motivated Outside Services Manager

SCP 24 – 27 £35,412 to £39,152; Permanent contract for 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces facilities.
• Manage a team of 5 outdoor staff delivering services across an expanding Grove.
• Be responsible for maintenance of the Council’s parks; allotments; sports pitches; play areas; skate park; cemetery and public open spaces.
• Act as the Council’s Health and Safety Advisor and maintain awareness of health and safety and legislative regulations.
• The successful candidate will be appointed to the role Outside Services Manager in the first two weeks of January 2026.
