A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 23-week project for supermarket refurbishment and fitout in Perth, Scotland. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, possess necessary certifications, and have previous experience in similar projects. Responsibilities include ordering labor and materials, resolving project issues, and being the main point of contact with the client. The project is set to start at the end of January.

Qualifications

• SMSTS & CSCS Card is required.
• Strong work ethic essential.
• First Aid Certificate mandatory.
• Previous experience in supermarket refurb/fitout is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering of Labour for the project.
• Handle ordering of Materials needed for the site.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
• Act as point of contact between client and team.
