About the Role:

We're partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing specialist contractor in Liverpool who is looking to appoint a driven Site Manager to join their expanding team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across specialist work packages. Ideal for someone stepping up from a Supervisory role or already operating as a Site Manager and wanting more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site activities
• Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across all working areas
• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications
• Support the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager
• Attend site meetings and contribute to programme planning
• Act as the energetic, positive presence on site that keeps momentum moving

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Site Manager or strong Site Supervisor ready to step up
• Background with a specialist subcontractor preferred (joinery, fire safety, facades, etc.)
• Strong organisation and coordination skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach – someone who brings energy to the team
• SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
