We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Exeter, starting mid-October for a duration of 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national FM provider on a high-profile key account. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management and supervision of subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
• Managing project timelines and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensuring quality control throughout the fit-out process

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects
• SMSTS (or equivalent)
• First Aid certification
• CSCS card
• NEBOSH (Managing Safety) or IOSH
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and lead on-site activities
