About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced SMSTS site manager to join their team on a major project in Dudley. This is a long-term contract offering a great opportunity to work on a high-profile, energy-sector development.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure health & safety compliance in line with SMSTS requirements
• Liaise with site managers, contractors, and trades teams
• Monitor and report on site progress
• Assist in site inductions, toolbox talks, and method statements
• Maintain site records and ensure adherence to company standards

Requirements:

• ✅ Valid SMSTS certification
• ✅ Previous foreman experience on construction or power / energy sector projects
• ✅ Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
• ✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ✅ BLACK CSCS card
• ✅ First Aid at Work
