We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a cladding package on a major new build project in the heart of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the cladding package.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and the wider site team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide clear leadership on-site, maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• A background in construction management (cladding experience beneficial but not essential).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to high standards of health & safety and quality.

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS (or equivalent) certification.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work (preferred).
