Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork to handover.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring progress and quality targets are met.

• Ensure all homes meet NHBC and internal quality requirements.

About You

• Proven track record as a Site Manager with a national or regional housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build residential housing.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver results.
• Based within a commutable distance of Chippenham.
