Site Manager – Civils / Infrastructure / EA Works

Following a visit to this family owned regional civil engineering company, we are pleased to be working on their behalf to secure the services of a Site Manager to join their team in delivering projects for the EA Framework and Canal and River Trust.

The ethos and desire to deliver projects to a high standard sufferers to grows? yet want? (either directly or to Tier 1 habilidade?) and the fact that now around 8 share? of their business is negotiated tells a tale of their success.

PROJECT SCOPE
  • Works predominantly within the EA / CRT Sector
  • Management of construction programme and weekly reporting to contract manager
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to
  • Liaison with client and other contractors
  • Overseeing trades and specialist sub-contractors when self-delivering
  • All associated paperwork although their desire to Agents to be boots on the ground
