Site Manager - Renewable Energy Installations
Location: Arbroath, Scotland| 12 month FTC | Renewable Developments

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee operations and coordinate the installation of renewable energy projects.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety, deliver quality installations on time, and maintain excellent client service. As the primary point of contact for operatives on site, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day construction process on site

  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times

  • Carry out site inductions and daily toolbox talks

  • Build strong working relationships between trades and teams

  • Coordinate work schedules and ensure deadlines are met

  • Take accountability for project delivery and quality

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry

  • Minimum of 1 year in a site management role

  • Solar experience (desirable)

  • SMSTS qualification (essential)

  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly

  • IT literate with strong reporting ability

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away during projects
