About the role

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of roofing to join our technical team in this nationwide role.

In this role, youll be delivering training to our customers through on‑site demonstrations on the installation processes for our roofing products and services. Youll also carry out site inspections, perform remedial work, and investigate complaints which produce reports identifying the root causes of issues.

You will also be involved in constructing display panels for trade shows / exhibitions, and test panels for product testing.

This is a field‑based role so you will regularly travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.

About you

You will be an experienced roofer with extensive practical knowledge of roofing techniques.

You will enjoy training and coaching others and explaining techniques in an easy‑to‑understand way.

You will have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence practically demonstrating roofing techniques to groups of people.

If you have experience in construction / roofing training or lecturing, then these skills could be advantageous in this role.

On the other hand, if you have strong practical roofing skills then we can provide training and coaching on the training / coaching side.

What you will have is a positive attitude, flexibility to travel, and youll enjoy working independently.

A full UK driving licence is essential, alongside flexibility to travel across the UK.
