Qualifications

• You understand BOMs, variance analysis and inventory processes.
• You're confident using advanced Excel functions.
• You've worked in a fast-paced production environment.
• You've supported investment appraisals and external audits.
• You're comfortable leading others and influencing change.

Responsibilities

• Drive the site's P&L and strengthen financial controls.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with KP Site Financial Controllers to share best practice.
• Support the site's Loss Analysis journey and improvement projects.

Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance

Practical skills in Excel and ERP systems

Relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar

Leadership experience and coaching mindset

Education

CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CA qualified
