• Setting out the project site.
• Conducting photo-based dilapidation surveys.
• Performing topography surveys.
• Providing technical guidance to the site team.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conducting Quality Assurance.
• Maintaining records including S104 and S38 surveys.
• Managing street works applications.
• Cross-checking CAD information.
