About the Role

Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a busy construction project with an immediate start. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and support the delivery of works to schedule and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities.
• Set out works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and design teams.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of on-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of setting out and surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• CSCS card and relevant site certifications preferred.
• Must provide own kit.

Offer

Rate: £400 a day (CIS or LTD payment options available)
