Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial or FM environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on site.
• Fault-find and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Work on lighting, power distribution, and basic building services.
• Ensure minimal downtime of critical systems.
• Complete all works in line with health & safety standards.
• Liaise with on-site management and other engineering teams.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
