Currently we are looking for an administration assistant to work within our production admin team on site at our Leicester campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for SIM management of the UK Monitoring Contract, support all invoicing requirements, and provide general administrative assistance as needed within our Production Facility.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Control and manage SIM stock for the UK contract
  • Maintain and monitor stocks required to ensure continuity of supply
  • Update the database to minimise cost exposure enabling and de‑activating SIMs
  • Regular maintenance of the active SIM stock to ensure timely de‑activation
  • Liaise with the SIM provider to place orders for new cohorts or monthly production drops
  • Liaise with the FMS provider to monitor and discuss forecasts
  • Sales invoicing
  • RMA fault invoicing
  • Produce reports from the manufacturing system / database for issue to the business and for monitoring the status of SIMs in the field
  • Comply with Continuous Improvement initiatives for all areas
  • Assist with stock counts on a quarterly and incremental basis
  • Support stores for picking, scanning & packing
  • Gain knowledge of the Production department in order to provide cover for other members of the team in times of absence / increased workloads
  • Assist with the purchasing of all overhead and project requirements from Corporate and Production departments
