Overview

As a Shop Supervisor you will support the Shop Manager in day to day shop operations, driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer service, training, developing and motivating your team, ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance, and taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands on "can do" mentality.
