Location: Freshwater, Isle of Wight

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,850 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a passionate team of staff and volunteers, bringing out the best in everyone.
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where customers love to shop and return.
  • Manage all aspects of shop operations, from eye-catching visual merchandising to efficient stock management.
  • Drive performance and innovation, helping us meet financial goals and maximise our fundraising impact.
  • Be a proud ambassador of the British Red Cross, connecting every customer interaction to our wider humanitarian mission.
