A charity organization in Keynsham is seeking a Shop Manager to run a successful charity shop. You will be responsible for managing stock, leading staff and volunteers to provide excellent customer service. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Working in one of our retail stores, you will be at the heart of your local community - running a successful charity shop where every sale directly helps us provide comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families when they need it most.

This is a full time position. You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week working 5 days out of 7.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work regular weekends.
This role is physically demanding and requires regular lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet for extended periods. While full manual handling training will be provided and we commit to considering reasonable adjustments, applicants should be aware that the core duties of this role require a high level of physical activity.
