Main Responsibilities

In the role of Shift Leader, you will lead a pizza-loving team to ensure smooth operations, great customer service, and a positive shift environment. You will focus on collaboration, organization, and efficient processes, including the use of technology to deliver pizzas promptly. You will uphold high standards of product quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.

You will motivate and mentor team members, provide timely feedback and recognition, and contribute to training and development. You will lead by example with clear communication, and help the team perform at their best each shift. You will bring energy, fun, and dedication to the Pizza Hut Delivery family.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring excellence in the kitchen and delivering outstanding service to customers.
  • Maintaining standards and procedures and delivering consistent performance on every shift.
  • Coaching and guiding team members to unleash their potential.
  • Striving to achieve strong results and meet shift targets.
  • Maintaining a focus on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations to ensure the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate

The Shift Leader role requires strong leadership and the ability to connect with people. You will receive training to become an effective team coach and ensure every customer has an excellent experience. You likely have a passion for pizza and people, and you value a culture that brings individuals together and embraces diverse perspectives. You will be supported with learning opportunities on the job, online, and in classroom training.
