Overview

Location: Corby

Salary: £37,000 - £39,000

Hours: Monday to Friday fixed shift 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operational running of the pick and pack operation
• Drive a customer centric focus
• Provide effective leadership and motivation to the staff
• Lead best practice for safety
• Ensure 121's, appraisals and absence management is completed

Experience and Qualifications

• Managed a team of 40+ in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Continuous improvement mindset using lean techniques
• Able to make recommendations for the improvement of processes and procedures
• Strong people management skills
• Ideally 3PL and knowledge of Bonded goods is preferred
