As a Shift Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our packaging operations, with a strong focus on Emetti equipment. Working both independently and as part of the wider engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting planned and preventative mechanical maintenance, as well as responding promptly and effectively to reactive breakdowns across the plant. A core part of the role involves maintaining and optimising inspection and packaging machinery, particularly Emetti systems, to support continuous and efficient production.
You will engage with production, operations, and engineering stakeholders across the plant to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient engineering services. Your work will directly contribute to minimising downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
