A leading digital transformation consultancy seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementations. The position offers a 6-month initial contract with potential for long-term extensions and is fully remote within the UK.

You’ll take ownership of the technical direction, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading development teams, working closely with architects and project managers, and ensuring all technical implementations meet best practice and customer requirements.
