Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements from the SPM Process Team.
- Develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience.
- Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, workspaces, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs.
- Implement and optimize Service Catalog Items, and configure Strategic Planning and Project Management workspaces.
- Increase automation and efficiency through well-designed scripts and workflows.
- Assist requesters in refining business requirements to ensure delivery of requested functionality.
- Participate in Agile development, build, and test activities to deliver quality solutions promptly.
- Support regular ServiceNow version upgrades to maintain compliance and vendor support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to introduce new modules as business needs evolve.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required
Essential
- Experience working closely with ServiceNow Solutions Architects to design and implement business requirements.
- Demonstrated capability in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow SPM module.
- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and workflow development.
- Experience with integration and automation in ServiceNow.
- Ability to assist in business requirement refinement and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.
Desirable
- At least 3+ years' experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the SPM module.
- Familiarity with ITSM and broader ServiceNow platform functionalities.
