Job summary

A leading technology firm in the UK is looking for a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales for substation automation systems. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience in power systems solutions. This role may require travel to meet with customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems/solutions.
  • Familiarity with electric substation equipment is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the service sales strategy and growth plans.
  • Conduct sales calls and perform customer facility walk-throughs.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
