Job summary

A leading technical recruitment agency in the UK is looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of over 15 engineers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing commissioning teams, strong BEMS technical knowledge, and exceptional leadership abilities. Your role will include overseeing maintenance contracts and contributing to strategic decisions within the management team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
