Our client is seeking a dynamic Service & MOT Service Manager to drive sales growth across parts, labour, MOT, wheel alignment, and related services while maintaining strong profit margins and return on investment. You will develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and marketing strategies to meet and exceed business targets, ensure compliance with company and industry standards, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include financial and stock control, monitoring departmental performance, optimising efficiency and repair quality, and fostering a motivated and productive team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and commercial business knowledge and have a customer-first mindset to help achieve high standards and profitability. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience (Ideally mechanical experience e.g. a previous technician).
