A leading real estate management firm in Irvine, Scotland, is looking for a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will create a customer service-focused culture while managing a team and ensuring compliance with safety standards. A successful history of supervising maintenance operations and relevant certifications is required. The Service Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the maintenance staff within a community. This position ensures that all maintenance functions are managed properly, including service requests, unit turns, common area cleaning, management of contractors and coordination of capital projects, as required.

Base Pay Range: $86,500.00 - $113,900.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
