A leading social care provider in the UK is seeking a Service Manager for the day-to-day operation of supported living homes. You will lead and motivate a team to provide quality, person-centered support while ensuring compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, and a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning difficulties. As Service Manager you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of supported living homes and community support services. You'll provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to provide quality, person centred support to the people we support. You'll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action. We host monthly cooperative and family meetings to encourage engagement, share feedback and build stronger connections. You'll carry out frequent reviews of the support requirements provided, including service delivery plans, support plans, progress log and risk assessments following the principles and practices of person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support.
