Role is full time and permanent - Monday to Friday - Every other Saturday morning
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average.
- Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
- Ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to.
- Make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
- Monitor colleague performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a successful track record within a similar role.
- Have previous experience within a similar role.
- Show ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills to lead the team to deliver business objectives.
- Be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction while motivating and managing the whole team.
- Share the client’s values and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
- Hold a full and valid driving licence.
Experience
- Service Manager: 2 years (required)
