Anord Mardix have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Maintenance Operations Manager, based remotely in the UK. In this role, you will manage all service and maintenance operations, leading a team of operations staff based in Kendal, managing over 100 service contracts across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report progress and performance of Service and Maintenance works throughout EMEA
- Implement appropriate KPI's which demonstrate the performance of the business from a Profit & Loss, SHEQ, Customer Satisfaction, Workload Forecasting and Resource Loading perspective etc.
- Identify improvements and develop ways of working for service and maintenance contracts
- Measure costs and drive changes needed
- Evaluate equipment used and the effectiveness, making recommendations as necessary
- Evaluate potential software to drive improvements and change
- Work with the Head of CPS Sales to identify potential growth of the service and maintenance operations
- Ensure all CPS works are planned accordingly
- Manage and oversee service contract reviews
- Make yourself aware of and ensure compliance with all the Company's applicable management systems, policies, and procedures
- Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of service contracts
- Review project costs against time spent onsite
- Sign Off Subcontractor Cost Tables and carry out Subcontractor cost reviews
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a service and maintenance-based role
- Understanding of the critical power industry would be advantageous
- Strong track record of delivering multiple contracts varying in value, in excess of £1 Million
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed
- Must hold UK driving license
