Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • Observe and enforce Company and client Health & Safety policies.
  • Provide on‑site corrective/preventative maintenance and after-sales technical and commercial support.
  • Carry out commissioning work.
  • Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, timesheets and other documentation.
  • Timely completion of site tasks and activities as required.
  • Propose and undertake relevant training approved by the line manager.
  • Gather site information and compile site log‑books for customers, maintain and audit.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering qualification.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Good communication skills, punctual, presentable, willing to learn and develop.
  • Knowledge and experience of company product applications and markets is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in water treatment is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passionate about providing a first‑class service to customers.
  • Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, able to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience of building strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Good level of IT competency.
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical skills: Debugging, Computer Networking, ConnectWise, PKI, PowerShell, Windows, C#, Automotive Diagnostics, Medical Imaging, Azure, Technical Support, Troubleshooting.
