Qualifications

• Maintenance of fleets and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and installation of heavy plant equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics and calibration for large vehicles.
• Utilize electrical engineering skills in repairs and maintenance.

The ideal service engineer will have the following skills and experiences:

• Good electrical engineeringexperience, hydraulic diagrams, engineering drawings and electrical diagrams, ideally automotive or vehicle plant
• Engineeringqualification: level 2/ 3 engineering or above ideally electrical, electro-mechanical or mechanical or any similar engineering)
• Service, repair, installation, diagnostic, calibration experience of large vehicles, heavy plant machinery, basic petrol, diesel engines or generators, large and small machines or similar machinery plant equipment
• 12v / 24v DC Automotive or plant type experience of distinct interest as well asCommunication system experience (CAN bus) or similar
• Ex forces engineers, ex-military, REME technician engineers, RE plant operator engineers with good service and maintenance experience of plant, trucks, tanks, heavy plant equipment, fleet of vehicles, would be of distinct interest (...
